If documents need to be sent or used abroad, they often need to be what is called “notarised”. The signature and seal of a notary public is recognised virtually throughout the World. There are very specific requirements for the notarisation of a document, including verifying the person’s identity, their capacity and authority to carry out a transaction, their understanding of it and their wish to be a party to it.

We can help you with the notarisation of documents and other requirements, such as translation from or into a foreign language by accredited translators and obtaining an Apostille or other legalisation requirements.
